OINP issued 1730 invitations to apply under Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream draws in 2023 to date May 2023. Foreign workers with a job offer in a skilled occupation can apply to live and work permanently in Ontario via the OINP Foreign Worker stream. The job offer must be for a skilled occupation in the National Occupational Classification (NOC) TEER (Training, Education, Experience, and Responsibilities) classifications 0, 1, or 3. Foreign workers both inside and outside of Canada are accepted into this stream.
The Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) selects applicants who might be qualified for one of the immigration streams via an expression of interest system. You may not be eligible for one of the immigration streams just because you got an invitation to apply.
If you meet the requirements for the stream listed in your invitation to apply, you may apply online after receiving the invitation. After getting the invitation to apply, you’ll have 14 days to submit your application.
