On May 9, 2023, the Government of Ontario held new draws and invited 984 candidates under two streams of OINP in the Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream (EJO IS) and Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream (EJO FW) of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).
In the EJO IS Stream draw, the province issued 584 invitations to apply (ITAs) to eligible candidates working in healthcare and tech occupations. In the EJO FW draw, Ontario invited 400 candidates with work experience in skilled trades occupations.
In total, OINP issued invitations to 17,073 candidates in 2023.
Invited occupations under two streams of OINP
Only candidates with a score of 62 or above and a job offer in one of the following NOC occupations were eligible for the ITA. NOC occupations are listed below:

- NOC 21230 – Computer systems developers and programmers

- NOC 21311 – Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)
- NOC 22221 – User support technicians
- NOC 22222 – Information systems testing technicians

- NOC 31100 – Specialists in clinical and laboratory medicine
- NOC 31101 – Specialists in surgery
- NOC 31102 – General practitioners and family physicians
- NOC 31103 – Veterinarians
- NOC 31110 – Dentists
- NOC 31111 – Optometrists
- NOC 31112 – Audiologists and speech-language pathologists
- NOC 31120 – Pharmacists
- NOC 31121 – Dietitians and nutritionists

- NOC 32209 – Other practitioners of natural healing
