Francophone candidates’ Eligibility criteria
You must be fluent in French to be qualified for the French-Language Proficiency category.
- Have a minimum score of 7 on the Niveaux de Compétence Linguistique Canadiens (NCLC) in all four language abilities such as writing, reading, listening, and speaking.
- Complete all of the conditions outlined in the invitation round’s instructions.
