What is the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP)?
The Canada-Manitoba Immigration Agreement allows the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP), a provincial immigration program, effective. It empowers the government of Manitoba to search for and select immigrants who are most qualified to boost the province’s economy.
As long as they comply with Citizenship and Immigration Canada’s (CIC) legal requirements, provide valid documents, and have an actual reason to reside in Manitoba, applicants nominated by Manitoba should receive a favorable Nomination. There are Immigration streams under the MPNP.
What is Manitoba PNP Expression of Interest?
The pathways under the Skilled Worker Stream and International Education Stream belong to the Expression of Interest (EOI) ranking system. The method for submitting an EOI varies across all of the Business Investor Stream routes.
Your first step towards immigration to Manitoba under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Programme (MPNP) is to submit an EOI. Go through the eligibility requirements of the MPNP and stream/pathway you are applying to before starting, as you may have to pass a language test or fulfill additional requirements before submitting an Expression of Interest.
