About the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP)
The Immigration Programs Department of the Government of British Columbia oversees the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP), an economic immigration scheme. The province may select and nominate foreign workers, students, and entrepreneurs through the program in order to boost government priorities, fill labor market gaps, and expand the province’s economy.
Under the Canada-British Columbia Immigration Agreement, the Province and Canada jointly operate the immigration program named the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) (CBCIA). B.C. nominates individuals through the BC PNP who support the province’s unique labor market needs and promote economic growth.
You and your family can apply to IRCC to become permanent residents of Canada if you are nominated.
