British Columbia issued new 145 invitations n the recent BC PNP Draw May 23, 2023, in the Skilled Worker – International Graduate categories of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP).
In the Tech-targeted draw, BC issued 103 invitations with a minimum score of 90 points.
In the Childcare-targeted draw for early childhood educators (NOC 42202), the province invited 20 candidates who scored 60 points.
In the Healthcare-targeted draw, the province issued 17 invitations too.
Additionally, fewer than five invitations have been issued for other priority occupations (NOCs 31103, 32104).
The province invited up to 145 candidates with a score of 60-90 points. Including this draw, in 2023, British Columbia has already issued 4,397 invitations.

BC PNP Skilled Immigration Requirements
To be eligible for BC PNP skilled immigration you must meet these requirements:
- having accepted a full-time, indeterminate job offer from a B.C. business (the offer cannot be temporary or have a set end date). A skilled occupation (NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3) must be the type of work performed.
- be able to carry out the job’s duties.
- a minimum of two years of full-time work experience (or work experience equivalent to two years of full-time work) in any skilled occupation (NOC TEER 0, 1, or 3).
- prove that you’re able to care for yourself and your dependents.
- Meet the minimum language requirements for NOC TEER 2 or 3 occupations.
