BC invited over 200 skilled candidates under the BC PNP recent draw

On May 16, 2023, the Government of British Columbia issued new invitations under the BC PNP recent draw and invited qualified Skills and Immigration candidates. 

In the general draw, the province invited 162 candidates. The minimum score for candidates invited to this draw was 85-107 points. 

The province issued 29 ITAs to candidates under the childcare-targeted draw for early childhood educators (NOC 42202). 

In the Healthcare-targeted draw, BC invited 11 candidates who scored 60 points. 

In total, the province issued 202 ITAs in this draw. This year, British Columbia has already invited 4,252 candidates.

BC PNP Processing Time 2023

The processing times for applications to the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) indicate how long it takes for us to process applications. 

Skills Immigration 3 Months
Post-nomination requests 3 Months

Based on 80% of cases, program processing times start when your complete applications are received. Depending on program capacity, processing times may vary.
