Maclean’s news magazine has named the University of Toronto, which regularly places near the top of worldwide rankings of the world’s best educational institutions, Canada’s best university. The University of Waterloo came in second place, followed by the University of British Columbia in third. The magazine also broke down the results by subcategories, such as “the best quality of education.” Concerning that category, McGill topped the pack, followed by the University of Toronto and the University of Waterloo.
