On July 6, 2023, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) conducted a new invitation draw under the Ontario Human Capital Priorities Stream. In the latest tech draw, the OINP issued 748 targeted Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to candidates with work experience in one of the in-demand tech occupations.
Those candidates’ CRS Express Entry score was between 479-485 points. The OINP invited candidates under nine national occupational codes (NOC) in this draw. In 2023, Ontario issued 20,946 invitations under all streams of OINP, including 8,499 candidates under the Human Capital Priorities Stream.
Invited Occupations in the Ontario Human Capital Priorities Stream
NOIs were issued to applicants with a previous work experience in the following national occupational classifications (NOC) codes:
- NOC 20012 – Computer and information systems managers
- NOC 21211 – Data Scientists
- NOC 21223 – Database analysts and data administrators
- NOC 21230 – Computer systems developers and
- NOC 21231 – Software engineers and designers
- NOC 21232 – Software developers and programmers
- NOC 21233 – Web designers
- NOC 21234 – Web developers and programmers
- NOC 21311 – Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)
