British Columbia invited new candidates under the new BC PNP draw

British Columbia invited new candidates under the new BC PNP draw. On January 24, 2023, the Government of British Columbia issued new invitations under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) and invited qualified Skills, and Immigration candidates. In the general draw, the province invited 221 candidates. The minimum score for candidates invited to this draw was 82-102 points. 

The province issued 31 ITAs to candidates under the childcare-targeted draw for early childhood educators (NOC 42202). 

In the Healthcare-targeted draw, BC invited 18 candidates who scored 60 points. 

Additionally, fewer than 5 invitations have been issued for other priority occupations (NOCs 31103, 32104). 

In total, the province invited up to 275 candidates for this draw. This year, British Columbia has already issued 828 invitations.

The Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) offer a reliable pathway for getting a Permanent Resident (PR) visa to enter Canada. PNPs will welcome 105,500 new permanent residents this year.
