800 candidates invited in the new all-program Express Entry draws

in the new all-program Express Entry draws

On July 11, 2023, IRCC issued 800 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates in the new all-program Express Entry draws. In this draw, IRCC invited candidates under all immigration programs. 

In round #257, the cut-off score was 505 points, 6 points fewer than in the previous all-program draw. 

The tie-breaking rule for this round was October 01, 2022, at 06:13:05 UTC. 

As of July 11, 2023, there are 209,263 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool, 5,266 fewer than in the previous update. In 2023, Canada issued 65,348 ITAs through Express Entry draws.

New all-program Express Entry draws 2023

On May 31, 2023, Canada announced the category-based selections for Express Entry. Except for these category-based draws Canada has already had 12 all-program draws, including four PNP, two occupation-specific, and one each for francophone candidates and Federal Skilled Workers. How to immigrate through Express Entry?

Express Entry is an online system for managing immigration applications from skilled workers to Canada. Through Express Entry, three immigration programs are managed: 

  1. Canadian Experience Class: For skilled workers with Canadian work experience, work experience must have been gained during the three years preceding your application.
