On May 1, 2025, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted its latest Expression of Interest (EOI) draw, inviting skilled professionals Canada requires by issuing ITAs to deserving tech professionals through the Skilled Workers Overseas (SWO) stream.
