About the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is the provincial economic immigration program. It collaborates with the Government of Canada through Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Foreign workers, international students, and other candidates with the necessary skills and experience can apply to the Ontario PNP for a nomination. The Ontario PNP selects and nominates applicants for permanent residency who possess the skills and expertise that the province’s economy requires. The government of Canada takes the final decision on whether to grant applications for permanent residence.
