On June 15, 2023, Manitoba held a new invitation round in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). In round 182, the MPNP held a new occupation-specific candidate selection under the Skilled Workers in Manitoba (SWM) stream and invited 255 applicants who scored 602 points and above.
Manitoba also issued 205 LAAs in the regular SWM draw. The minimum score for the LAA in this category was 665 points, four points fewer than the previous draw.
In the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, MPNP issued 21 LAAs to candidates invited under the Strategic Recruitment Initiative. The lowest score in the SWO category was 718 points, 83 points fewer than in the previous draw.
In addition, 59 invitations were issued in the International Education Stream. Manitoba has issued LAAs to 540 candidates, including 187 Express Entry candidates for this round.
In 2023, MPNP invited 6,662 candidates, and 1,781 of them received invitations in the Express Entry.

EOI Draw 182
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) held a new EOI draw 182 on June 15, 2023, using its Expression of Interest (EOI) procedure. The pool of eligible candidates received 540 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs). Candidates from all three MPNP streams—Skilled Workers in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Workers Overseas—received LAAs in this new Manitoba PNP draw.
