In addition, Manitoba invited 54 candidates in the International Education Category. In total, Manitoba issued LAAs to 146 candidates, including 34 Express Entry candidates. MPNP has invited 2,727 candidates in 2022, and 534 of them received invitations in the Express Entry.

Manitoba Skilled Worker Overseas Stream
Under this Manitoba PNP stream, Manitoba receives EOI from foreign Skilled Workers, and invites them, if they have an established connection to Manitoba through:
- the support of family members or friends;
- previous education or work experience in the province; or
- an Invitation to Apply was received directly from the MPNP as part of a Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
To sum up, 146 LAAs and 34 invitations have been issued to the candidates who have a valid Express Entry ID along with a job validation code.
