On April 12, 2023, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 3,500 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates under the latest all-program Express Entry draw. In this draw, IRCC continued inviting candidates under all immigration programs.
In round #246, the cut-off score was 486 points, five points more than in the previous all-program draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was July 19, 2022, at 11:05:24 UTC.
As of April 12, 2023, there are 231,119 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool, 3,828 fewer than the previous update. In 2023, Canada issued 41,059 ITAs through ten Express Entry draws.
