On August 15, 2023, the Government of Ontario held new draws in the Employer Job Offer Streams: Foreign Worker Stream (EJO FW), International Student Stream (EJO IS), and In-Demand Skills Stream (EJO IDS) of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).
The province issued 1,506 invitations to apply (ITAs) to the eligible candidates through the EJO FW Stream and 853 ITAs under the EJO IS Stream with a minimum score of 61.
Under the EJO IDS, the province invited 256 candidates with a minimum score of 26.
In total, OINP issued invitations to 28,412 candidates in 2023.

How long is the application processing time for OINP in 2023?
Ontario updated the average application processing times for the OINP on July 25, 2023, Ontario updated the average processing time in the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).
Currently, the processing times for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream and Express Entry Skilled Trades Stream are 70-100 days.
Processing times for Ontario’s Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream, Master’s Graduates, and Ph.D. Graduates Streams, Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills Stream, Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker, and Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream is 90-120 days.
The processing time for Ontario’s Expression of Interest (EOI) Assessment in the Entrepreneur Stream still requires less than 30 days, and the application processing depends on the complexity of the business nomination application.
