On January 31, 2023, the Government of Ontario held a new draw in the Employer Job Offer Foreign Worker Stream (EJO FWS) Stream of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). The province issued 611 targeted invitations to apply (ITAs) to tech and healthcare occupations.
The minimum score for this draw was 53, 18 points more than the previous draw. All invitees have their profiles created between November 22, 2022, to January 31, 2023.
This year, the province already invited 3,591 candidates under the OINP, and 1017 of them were candidates under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream

Ontario Employer Job Offer Foreign Worker Stream
Foreign workers with a job offer in a skilled occupation may apply to live and work permanently in Ontario through the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream.
Your job offer must be for a skilled job in the National Occupational Classification’s TEER (Training, Education, Experience, and Responsibilities) categories 1, 2, or 3. (NOC). Foreign employees both inside and outside of Canada are eligible for this stream.
Before submitting an application to be nominated for permanent residency by the Ontario government, you must first register in the OINP’s Expression of Interest System and get an invitation to apply.
