British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP).

The Immigration Programs Branch of the Government of British Columbia handles the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP), an economic immigration program.

The province can choose and nominate foreign workers, students, and entrepreneurs through the BC PNP in order to promote government initiatives, fill labor market gaps and expand the province’s economy. You and your family can apply to IRCC to become permanent residents of Canada if you are nominated.

There are three basic categories under which one can submit an application to the British Columbia PNP. There are several immigration “streams” or “pathways” open to each of them.

  • Skills Immigration.
  • Express Entry BC
  • Entrepreneur Immigration
