On July 28, 2022, Manitoba held a new invitation round in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). In round #152, MPNP issued 299 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) in the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream. The minimum score to get the LAA in this category was 633 points, 66 points fewer compared to the previous draw. In the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, Manitoba issued 15 LAAs.
The lowest score in the SWO category was 726 points, 11 points more than in the previous round. In addition, Manitoba invited 41 candidates in the International Education Category.
In total, Manitoba issued LAAs to 354 candidates, including 56 Express Entry candidates. MPNP has invited 3,821 candidates in 2022, and 704 of them received invitations in the Express Entry.

When Candidates will be Nominated?
Applicants are invited with an IRCC Express Entry ID and job seeker validation code to be eligible to receive a nomination if the EE (Express Entry) profile is valid at the time of the application assessment.
Expressions of Interest under the Skilled Worker Overseas candidates have only been considered if they:
- have an IRCC Express Entry ID and job seeker validation code; or
- were directly invited by the MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment initiative
