Saskatchewan invited skilled candidates under the Latest SINP Draw

Latest SINP Draw

Saskatchewan continues its proactive approach to welcoming skilled immigrants, with the Latest SINP Draw held on March 7, 2024, under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). In this round, 35 skilled candidates were invited to apply for a provincial nomination, marking another milestone in the province’s efforts to attract top talent. Notably, 21 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued in the Express Entry category, while 14 candidates received invitations under the Occupations In-Demand category, all achieving a minimum score of 89 points.

Minimum Score and Eligibility:

Candidates selected in the March 2024 invitation round achieved a minimum score of 89 points, indicating the high caliber of skills and qualifications sought by the province. Additionally, all selected candidates possessed Educational Credential Assessments, demonstrating their educational credentials’ recognition and validity in Canada’s immigration process. With these invitations, candidates are now eligible to apply for provincial nomination, which can significantly enhance their prospects for permanent residency in Canada.

Strategic Occupation Selection:

The SINP draws upon specific National Occupational Classification (NOC) occupation codes in alignment with the Expression of Interest (EOI) selection process. This strategic approach ensures that invitations are extended to individuals with skills and expertise that align with Saskatchewan’s economic priorities and labor market needs. By targeting specific occupations, the province can address key gaps in its workforce while providing opportunities for skilled immigrants to contribute to its growth and development.

In 2024, Saskatchewan welcomed a total of 48 skilled immigrants and entrepreneurs through its invitation processes, reflecting the province’s commitment to attracting talent from around the world. These newcomers bring valuable skills, experiences, and perspectives that enrich Saskatchewan’s communities and contribute to its economic prosperity. By fostering a welcoming environment for skilled immigrants, Saskatchewan continues to position itself as an attractive destination for individuals seeking new opportunities and a high quality of life.

The recent invitation rounds under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program signify the province’s ongoing efforts to attract skilled candidates who can contribute to its economic growth and development. With 35 invitations extended in March 2024, Saskatchewan remains steadfast in its commitment to welcoming talent from diverse backgrounds and facilitating their integration into the local labor market and communities. As the province continues to prioritize strategic immigration initiatives, it stands poised to benefit from the contributions of skilled immigrants who choose to make Saskatchewan their home.
