On November 30, 2023, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) conducted an invitation draw under the Human Capital Priorities Stream. Invited candidates’ CRS Express Entry score was between 404 and 430 points. This year, the province has invited 15,143 candidates through thirteen Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream draws. In 2023, Ontario issued 36,865 invitations under all streams of OINP.

About the OINP Express Entry Notifications of Interest
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) searches the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Express Entry pool on a regular basis to identify candidates who may meet the requirements of one of Ontario’s Express Entry immigration streams.
If OINP finds you in the pool, you will receive an interest notification in your Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada online account.
If you qualify for the Ontario Express Entry stream for which you received a notification of interest, you may submit an online application to the OINP after receiving a notification of interest. You must submit your application within 45 calendar days of receiving the interest notification.
