On June 12, 2023, the Government of Alberta published the results of the new invitation rounds in the Alberta Express Entry Stream. The province has held seven AAIP draws since April:
- May 9, 2023 – 8 candidates under the Designated Healthcare Pathway (minimum score: 307)
- May 9, 2023 – 175 candidates with Alberta job offer in the tourism and hospitality sector (minimum score: 444)
- May 11, 2023 – 119 candidates under the Family connection pathway (minimum score: 311)
- May 23, 2023 – 5 candidates under the Designated Healthcare Pathway (minimum score: 401)
- May 30, 2023 – 20 candidates with Alberta job offer in the agriculture sector (minimum score: 342)
- June 1, 2023 – 117 candidates under the Family connection pathway (minimum score: 304)
- June 8, 2023 – 150 candidates with Alberta job offer in the agriculture sector (minimum score: 382)
As of June 12, 2023, the province invited 1,431 Express Entry candidates to apply for a provincial nomination in the Alberta Express Entry and issued 4,583 nomination certificates.
Alberta invited 405 candidates by Express Entry in new AAIP draws in April
Through the Express Entry-linked stream of the Alberta Advantage Immigration Programme, Alberta held various draws in April.
In five draws held during the month, 405 invites were sent out in a number of categories. Alberta Express Entry draws held in April are:
- 53 invites were sent out to applicants with Alberta job offers on April 5 via the Designated Healthcare Pathway. A score of 351 was required by the Comprehensive Ranking System.
- On April 18, 68 further invitations were sent to applicants in the agricultural sector who had received a job offer. The minimum score was 307.
- A minimum score of 302 was necessary to receive one of the 152 invitations in the April 20 draw for candidates with a family connection and qualifications and experience in a key occupation in demand.
- With a minimum score of 301, 124 invitations were sent out to construction workers on April 24.
- Additionally, on April 25, eight more invites were sent to applicants who had received job offers and scored at least 316 under the Designated Healthcare Pathway.
