OINP invited new candidates under the Human Capital Priorities Stream

the Human Capital Priorities Stream

Those candidates’ CRS Express Entry score was relatively low – between 469-489 points. The OINP invited candidates under 42 national occupational codes (NOC) in this draw.

In 2023, Ontario issued 7,596 invitations under all streams of OINP, including 2,724 candidates under the Human Capital Priorities Stream.

Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities program is a form of immigration (OINP).

It enables foreign workers with the necessary education, work experience, and language abilities to apply to live and work permanently in Ontario.

You cannot submit an online application to be nominated for permanent residence by the Ontario government until you’ve received a Notification of Interest from Ontario and an active profile in Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Express Entry system.
