Manitoba PNP CRS drops!

The Manitoba draws with low score requirements will continue with the EOI draw on February 9. On January 26, the prior EOI draw was placed.

Candidates from Manitoba’s skilled workers required a minimum of 726, and candidates from overseas skilled workers required a minimum of 713.

The reality that Manitoba has conducted back-to-back draws with higher ITAs and lower scores shows that the government intends to expand the number of candidates who are eligible to acquire a provincial nomination under MPNP-managed streams.

Skilled Workers Overseas stream

The Skilled Worker Overseas (SWO) pathway suggests candidates who can prove they have a solid connection to Manitoba by:

  • the help of family or friends

  • a direct Invitation to Apply from the MPNP as a part of a Strategic Recruitment Initiative

Skilled Workers in Manitoba

The Skilled Worker in Manitoba (SWM) pathway suggests candidates who have a strong connection to our province through ongoing employment and enough knowledge of our official languages, as well as the skills needed, education, and training, work experience, and job experiences, to immediately and sustainable way make a contribution to the Manitoba economy and our community in general.

International Education Stream

The International Education Stream (IES) for Manitoba graduates aims to provide international students that graduate in Manitoba faster pathways to nomination while also meeting the requirements of the industry.

There are three pathways:

  • Graduate Internship Pathway
  • International Student Entrepreneur Pilot (ISEP)
