The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) was established in 1998 to solve economic and labor market needs in the province through immigration.
Since its introduction, the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) has been a huge success, with 7 out of every 10 newcomers to Saskatchewan coming through the SINP. Saskatchewan, Canada’s breadbasket, also has strong employment rates (73%), and even higher retention rates (85%) of newcomers who choose to stay in the province.
the international graduates must have CLB 5 language proficiency, a credential from a Canadian post-secondary institution, be employed directly in any occupation, and have Temporary Resident status in Canada.
There are four categories to choose from;
- International Skill Worker Category.
- Saskatchewan Experience Category.
- Entrepreneur and Farm Category.
- International Graduate Entrepreneur Category.

- Saskatchewan invites 43 Candidates through SINP under the Entrepreneur stream.
- Candidates having an EOI score ranging from 75 to 130 received an invitation.
- Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are listed in the EOI candidate pool.
- This is the fifth draw of the year under the Entrepreneur stream.
The Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program (SINP) has issued invitations to 43 individuals. The competition was held to invite entrepreneurs to start a new business in Saskatchewan, Canada. This draw’s EOI score ranges from 75 to 130.
Candidates with a score of 80 points or higher were invited to apply. Candidates with a score of 75 points must take a language competence test, with a score of CLB 5 or higher.
